Signs of pregnancy differ from woman to woman, but some of them are very common .You may recognize some of them. You should also know that even though it is very early to tell whether you’re pregnant or not, there are symptoms which occur at early stage.
Pay attention to your breasts. Are they more sensitive? This part of a female body could be the first to indicate pregnancy. Hormone levels in your body change which first affects your breasts. They can also be swollen.

Ovarian cramps are very common signs of early pregnancy. For most of the time they are similar to menstrual pain. Another symptom that goes hand in hand with this one is mild spotting. That kind of light spotting lasts for very short time.
Many women have a constant need to vomit or just feel sick. The reason for this nausea is the level of estrogen which rises in а female body during the early pregnancy period.
Another sign related to hormone level changes in your body is craving for food. Women describe this feeling as an enormously strong need to eat certain kinds of food. Mood swings are also something that many pregnant women experience. Their moods go from happy and euphoric to depressed, and those shifts happen in very short time.
You may fell dizzy so make sure someone is there to pay attention to your condition. And of course, if looking for signs of early pregnancy, make sure to see your doctor and have the needed analysis.

Great article!! Very informative. But you also left out back pain (or body pain–such as soreness and such), sensitivity to smells, and light-headedness. I and a few other women I know have experienced these symptoms along with morning sickness (minus the vomiting–THANK GOODNESS!). The back and body pains felt like soreness you’d feel after having a hard work-out at the gym or something.
